Our Practitioners are professionally trained and our MA & MSc student counsellors are professionally supervised. Counselling would be done one-to-one and we ensure complete privacy and confidentiality. Please note that the prices below are for online counselling services only. For in-person sessions at our counselling center located at 100 Orchard Road, Concorde Hotel #03-18, there is an additional $35 for use of the clinic.

Holistic Wellness Approach
Each counselling session is one hour long. Please refer to the profiles of our therapists to select someone who suits your needs. View the availability of your selected Therapist and book a session with them. Each credit is valid for 12 months upon your purchase with us. You may, however, wish to have sessions at regular intervals to make a continued and steady progress. Credits can be utilized across different accounts, but be assured that your information would be kept confidential.

Online Video Counselling
Since Covid-19, Online Video Counselling has became one of the most popular and common mode of counselling. Discuss your emotional, social, and mental health problems with a licensed therapist from the comfort of your home. You don’t have to worry about someone overhearing the conversation, simply pour your heart out with the highest level of confidentiality.
Phone Counselling
Telephone therapy, also known as telephone counselling, phone counselling or phone therapy, is the process of talking to a therapist via telephone or Skype to resolve mental health issues, beliefs, feelings and life problems.
Text Counselling
Text therapy, or messaging therapy, is an asynchronous way to access a mental health professional via a mobile device or computer. This means you don't have to wait until you have an appointment with your therapist to share with them or seek counsel.
Face-to-Face Counselling
Face-to-face counselling enables the counsellor and client to meet and build rapport, allowing the counsellor to observe nuances in the client’s verbal and non-verbal communication. These counselling sessions can be held either at the client’s premises or at Aventis Wellness Clinic at 100 Orchard Road #03-18 Concorde Hotel, Singapore 238840.

Number of Sessions Required
One can consider going for therapy 1 time every 2 weeks. Having regular sessions helps to develop one’s emotional safety and empowers anyone to build trust and rapport with his therapist. This allows one to progress at a steady pace and ensures that during the sessions, more time can be dedicated to working on one’s issues and getting through it, rather than filling the therapist in about the time that has already elapsed. Regular check-ins reduce the possibility of slipping into bad habits or becoming overwhelmed by the unwanted thoughts and feelings. Research has indicated that after attending an average of 8 sessions, individuals report the greatest decrease in psychological distress and are most likely to see positive changes. Hence, committing to Therapy is a worthy investment of one’s time and finances.
Important Terms
Please take note of the following terms and conditions of using our platform:
Booking
Please book sessions at least 24 hours in advance. Do not book a therapist's slot if that slot is in less than 24 hours even if it is an available slot. This would ensure sufficient time for the therapist to prepare for the session.
You will receive an email confirmation for the session once you have made the payment. Please do check your junk folder as well to make sure you have received this.
Emergency contact details
Prior to the first session, we would require all clients to provide a phone number for their emergency contact person. We request the contact details of someone you trust and feel safe with. The emergency contact person will be contacted only in the event that your safety is at risk.
Rescheduling / Cancellations
To be fair to our Therapists who block out time for scheduled appointments, we do not accept rescheduling requests within 24 hours prior to the appointment. Payments made towards such appointments are non-refundable.
Late attendance
If you are late for your session by more than 20 minutes, this will be considered to be a non-refundable, no-show cancellation on your part.
