Pricing Packages

Please note that the prices below are for online counselling services only. For in-person sessions at our counselling centre at 100 Orchard Road, Concorde Hotel #03-18, there is an additional $35 for use of the clinic.

Single Session


  • If you are trying counselling for the first time, we recommend starting with an introductory session to try it out.

Package of 3 Sessions


  • You may wish to commit to a package of at least three sessions with your Therapist once you have determined that they are a good fit.

Package of 5 Sessions


  • You may wish to commit to a package of at least five sessions with your Therapist once you have determined that they are a good fit.

Each package is valid for 12 months upon your purchase with us. You may, however, wish to have sessions at regular intervals to make continued and steady progress.

Mode of Counselling 

Video Counselling

Since Covid, Video Counselling has become one of the most popular and common mode of counselling.  Discuss your emotional, social, and mental health problems with a licensed therapist from the comfort of your home.

Anonymous Chat Counselling

Anonymous chat counselling prevents bias and discrimination which helps a user in sharing underlying concerns. Users don’t have to worry about someone overhearing the conversation. They can simply pour their heart out with the highest level of anonymity.

Phone Counselling

Telephone therapy, also known as telephone counselling, phone counselling or phone therapy, is the process of talking to a therapist via telephone or Skype to resolve mental health issues, beliefs, feelings and life problems.

Face-to- Face Counselling

Face-to-face counselling enable the counsellor and client to meet and build rapport, it also allows the counsellor to observe nuances in the client’s verbal and non-verbal communication. Number of Counselling Sessions Required

For a start, individuals can consider going for therapy once every 2 weeks. Research suggests that regular counselling sessions are beneficial particularly at the beginning of the therapeutic journey.

Having regular sessions also helps develops one’s emotional safety (Cameron, 2018) and enables one to build trust and rapport with one’s therapist (Hall, 2020).  This allows one to progress at a steady pace and ensures that during sessions, more time can be dedicated to working through one’s issues, rather than filling the therapist in about the time that has elapsed. Regular check-ins reduce the possibility of slipping into bad habits or becoming overwhelmed by unwanted thoughts and feelings.

Research indicates that after attending an average of 8 sessions (Foundation Psychology; Saxon et al., 2016), individuals report the greatest decrease in psychological distress and are most likely to experience positive changes in their lives.

Nonetheless, committing to therapy is an investment of both one’s time and financial resources. You may want to speak with your therapist and come up with a plan or schedule that works best for you.

Important Terms

Booking confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation for the session once you have made the payment. Please do check your junk folder as well to make sure you have received this

Emergency contact details

Prior to the first session, we would require all clients to provide a phone number for their emergency contact person. We request the contact details of someone you trust and feel safe with. The emergency contact person will be contacted only in the event that your safety is at risk.

Rescheduling / cancellations

To be fair to our Therapists who block out time for scheduled appointments, we do not accept rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the appointment time. Payments made towards such appointments are non-refundable.

Late attendance

If you are late for your session by more than 20 minutes, this will be considered to be a non-refundable, no-show cancellation on your part.

Process Redesign

Review and streamline of workflow and processes to reduce or eliminate redundant processes:

1. Explore the use of technology to automate processes
2. Review and/or development of performance measures
3. Development of tracking and measurement system
4. Development of detailed roadmap of actions for further improvement
